Stephen McNatt Bariatrics

Hi Fellow Mountaineers! My mother is schedule for a consultation with Stephen McNatt. I cannot find his web address or phone info. Do any of you know anything about his practice or the facility he uses? I have already checked the "Find a Surgeon" feature on this site, and got a little info, but not much.
