I am sooo frustrated !!!!!!

I am soo aggrevated I could cry... I have called Dr. Stickler's office the past few days to see why they havent sent anything to the insurance yet....They keep telling me that the doctor has to sign off on my file and they have no clue when... I have also gained 30 lbs. in 2 months and 2 days because of fluid.. My pcp put me on Lasix at the end of April to help with this problem..... I feel like switching doctors to see if I can get some faster feedback... My sister went to a doctor in VA and she had no problem getting approved...They sent it in and got an answer within 48 hours...I am so afraid that it is going to be too late when I am going to be approved...I just need to know.......

Keep bugging them! I felt the same way this morning! I told hubby last night I was going to take my money to Mexico..LOL I am paying out of pocket and I was told last week they would call me for an appointment. I called this morning and explained that I had jumped through all their hoops that I needed a date. After being on the phone for a while I finally got one for June 22. Not as early as I want but I am so glad I got a date! I think Dr. Shin is going to be out of town a the first couple weeks of June. Who is your doctor?

I too am waiting, but I'm waiting on Dr in Pittsburg. Attended workshop in Oct. Programs are swamped with patients. The frustration is growing. I just keep calling and bugging them. Will call again today. I had to have several consultations due to lots of health problems. Guess it is better safe than sorry. The waiting is killing me. I am afraid the longer I wait the more chances something will go wrong and I won't be able to have surgery. Just venting. Everyone just hang in there. Supporting each other is the key.
