Update on approval

Teresa and Josie, thanks for your replies. Just wanted to update you and let you know that I did call Monday and who I needed to talk to was out. So, I called back on Tuesday this time she told me the one I needed to speak to was on the phone could she help me. I told her again and she said to hold on, she came back and said that everything was fine and that my records went to insurance for approval on April 22. I am so glad, but would not have worried as much if they could have told me this when I called on Fri the 23rd. I will keep you updated. Jenn

Jenn, Now call your insurance and ask them if they got the papers and if you are approved. This is what I done. I gave them 48 hours before I called, they have had that. Teresa
