Picture Size

My hubby took some pics of me with his cell phone but they are to big for the site, and I am totally clueless on how to resize them.  Anyone have trouble with this or maybe you know what I'm doing wrong, would love some input.  I also can't figure out how to change my email, once again I goofed and picke one I almost never use.....any and all help will greatly be appreciated..

To change your email settings click "my account" at the top of the page. It will ask you to log in. When the next page comes up scroll down and on the left part ot the screen is a tab "general information" click that and it will take you where you can change your email.
