? Instant or Regular?
I posted this on the lap band board also.
I was just shopping and looking at oat meal and cream of wheat and did not know which to choose. Instant, quik, or regular?? What do you eat??

I use or buy both I use the instant when in a hurry but if I have time I just use the quick cooking they are a *****eaper the instant is all premeasured that makes it easier when first starting out.... and no waste......
I buy the flavored in the instant also for a change

I used both in the beginning but I made sure to put it in my bullet or blender to make it smooth for when you are early out from having surgery.
