For those of you that don't take dumping on sugar seriously or

better yet, don't think you do dump on sugar so you think you can't dump on it.  Boy have I got a story for you.  I am one of those post ops that can get away with some sugar so I decided to pu**** with dangerous results.  My post should serve as a warning, don't let this happen to you.

Thanks for the post, I am having trouble with low blood sugars and I am craving sweets at every turn.  Low blood sugars can really mess with your head.

 yes low BS is bad    but DONT do what I did all last year after surgery I was so sure I would be "cured" from it   but wasnt  have to loose weight to have any such luck..  anyway  my last A1C was 12.6    wow  was that a wake up call or what..  so now I have to be very careful with the insulin I take or I get lows often....  so be careful  with the amt you take but dont stop before talking to your PCP
