On my way again

Hi all, I am back on track with my journey. The Cardiologist cleared me for surgery. I had the heart cath on Sunday. Everything is ok with my arteries. No blockages, No narrowing. Thanks to all you well wishers. And to all you Pre- Ops. If a Stress test is requiered and Shows up positive. Don't freak out like I did. There are alot of False Results with the stress test. I put so much unnecessary stress on myself that I thought I was having a heart attack. Well onward now: My new Nutrition Class is the 26th Of February. Moving forward from here. Michelle
