plataue

Has anyone heard about the plataue diet? How does it work? ANy ideas on the subject?? i AM AT A PLATUAUE NOW AND HAVE REAAD SOME ON THIS PLATAUE DIET. Any info would be helpful.. I know we all have plataues but it is soo frustrating and i just want to start going down again sooon... Thanks alot.. 355/250/?? 105 LBS GONE...YAH!!!
