I want to lose 7 to 8 kg within 3 months; what should I do?
I have found that going completley low carb.....it starts up your weight loss and also doing my protein shakes, or protein powder in my coffee in the morning....make sure you get your protein in before any other foods. avoid carbs..I know it is hard, but try......use a flavored protein powder, add s/f syrups in your shakes.....be inventive with your foods.....check out the recipes here and see all the good stuff you can have and it is legal.........
