Hump Day it is and Friday is pay day. I'm going to try to avoid the grocery store this week. I overspent last week. Seems like grocery prices keep going up. We seldom eat out so we're really eating 3 meals a day at home. I take my lunch every day.

Premier Protein Vanilla - 30 grams

Greek yogurt with walnuts - 15 grams

Turkey dog; green beans; peach

Cheese; veggies; fruit at a ribbon cutting at work

BLT on light English Muffin

Frozen grapes; Click frozen treats

The Premier Protein Clear isn't actually clear. It looks like fruit punch. The label says contains milk but it doesn't bother me. Milk upsets my tummy and also causes a rash on my neck. I don't add anything to it other than ice. I like it really cold. I will definitely buy it. I'm so glad to have won the Premier Protein giveaway.

Maybe you can answer TexLex100 post. He seems to be leaning towards the VSG. I don't have enough info about the VSG.
