WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Breakfast: Nothing

Lunch: other half of Arby's Ham Sandwich from yesterday

Snack: Plain Popcorn (my file drawer smells like popcorn)

Protein: Matrix Mint Cookie 35g

Snack: Nuts and Cheese

Dinner: Roast and 1/2 cup mashed potatoes

Hi Roz,

I know we all have busy lives with everything that we do, but you might find you get more posters to the MM board if the thread is started at a regular time daily. I know I keep popping by to look throughout the morning and then I forget about it in the afternoon.

Just a suggestion.

You got me. Usually I get a small snack size bag of kettle chips. I got into some Ruffles that were leftover from a work potluck. Yeah, the no-no kind.

That's Great! DH and our girls all played softball growing up. DH still plays. He's 65 so he moved up to a Senior Team. Those guys are pretty amazing. DH is a home run hitter. He's always played in the outfield but he's had a torn hamstring the last couple of years so he's been catching or extra hitting.

My work day is almost over...YEAH!!! I was checking out something on line and thought...crap I didn't post on the LW site! Soooo here I am!!
