I haven't had a fresh cherry tomato or a regular tomato all summer. I told my DH I'm going to plant some next year in my flower garden. He just laughed because he knows he is the one who is going to plant it...LOL.
Love your totals!!!!

Sounds Yummy Gina!!! I've been hungry for a good piece of fish. We are going on a cruise the end of next week and I'm sure fish will be on the menu a few days.
I know how much you love your Cheetos.....I hope you enjoyed them!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Morning LW's!!!!! Sorry I haven't started M&M the last few days!!! I try really hard to post early but most days after I get 3 grandkids to school and then get to the office there is work on my desk that has to be done. I am going on vacation next week from the 6th through the 17th if someone wants to start M&M then that would be appreciated!

WOW....You are an Early Bird.....LOL. Sorry I can't start Menus and Miles early in the morning because I have to take 3 of our Grandkids to school and then get to work. And then my boss expects me to work a little before I start playing on the computer.....
Your Menus sounds Great!

I'll jump in again today since it's pre-noon and I'm actually posting!!!
MENU:
B- Half of a Premier Protein Caramel shake mixed with 2 TBSP chia seeds and one scoop plain protein powder (mixed last night and left to set in the fridge overnight). Not bad...
MS- protein coffee (added a scoop of plain whey protein to my coffee w/ cream)
L- Left over mixed greens with grilled salmon (the option I selected on MFP shows 11g of carbs which I think is high but who knows!)
AS- string cheese
D1- Venison meatloaf with Mom and Dad and sister's family at 5pm
D2- Lentil soup with friends at 7pm
ES- Hummus and pita (because I know I'm going to eat it so I'd might as well plan for it!)

Biked to work today, although if it gets as hot as anticipated I'll be schlepping my bike home on the bus! I got up in time to swim laps before work (YAY ME!!!). Last night I had my first run club and it was great! Not much actual running yet but lots of great information and plenty of training on warm-ups, cool-downs, and post run stretching- all of which I totally fail at so this is going to be so good for me!
