How often do you weigh yourself? I know every ones different and sometimes the scales can depress some posters and make them eat and others do better when they are up. I'm an every day person. I weigh myself the first thing in the morning and the results of that number helps me decide how strict I need to be that day.
When I log on and I see my face all over the page it's kinda of creepy.....LOL.

You are doing an Awesome job!!!!
Posting on here is what keeps me in line when it comes to eating. I think everyone has to be accountable to some one or something so they don't mindlessly eat. I know that sometimes I stop and think if I ate something and then several things pop up in my head that I just ate out of boredom.

Good afternoon LW's!
Just feeling excited and concerned at the same time.
I have been on track since the end of June, after having a 32 pound regain, I am excited to report that I have lost 20 pounds.
Now my whole adult life I have either been gaining or losing weight, never maintaining.
My bariatrician set a goal of 140 for me. I think I would be happy between 135-139, as I am only 5' 1.5"
I guess I just need to realize that I will need to keep journaling my food intake because it does make me more aware of what I am eating, and helps me stop grazing mindlessly.
Love my tool, glad it still works.
Grateful that it is possible to lose regain
Worried that I wont be successful maintaining.

Good afternoon!
So sorry youre lonely Roz!
Feeling pretty good today, been really paying attention and journaling my food on MFP. Was able to drop another pound, that's 20 so far since June.
Just trying to get it in my head, how am I going to maintain??
Great a gaining and losing when my head is in the game, but maintaining??!! Oh boy!

Good morning Gang! Weekend was good. Installed a new back door on Saturday did some cooking and baking. Purged a ton of too big clothes out of my closets and drawers. Sunday I did some shopping and made a giant pot of chili, tis the season! Scored some great deals at Old Navy with a Friends/Family 50% off discount code. My bill went from $393 to $247. I got tons of things but there was a huge line up to try them on so I just brought everything home and did a fashion show for my Trucker there. All but 3 pair of pants fit so I just have to exchange them.
Accountability: Pretty much on plan.
QOTD: I don't mind flying I just find it to be very boring.
