Hello Stranger
Looks like all is amazing with you. I am struggling with gain - completely my own fault. Reaching out for help. What is this chocolate/peanut butter protein shake you have for breakfast?

Good afternoon!
Feeling a little under the weather as the day goes on. Hubby has been sick and now I have a sore throat, squeaky voice and starting to cough! The bad part is I have to work this weekend. Hubby is wheezing pretty bad, went to the doc had a chest xray, hoping for just bronchitis and not pneumonia.
B Protein coffee, few spoonfuls of greek yogurt with my vites
2nd b 1 egg, 2 slices of jimmy dean sausage, a handful of grapes
L 2 slices of turkey breast wrapped around a colby jack cheese stick, a pickle and a cutie mandarin orange
S handful of cashews, 4 large raspberries and 4 large blackberries
D?
vites on track
fluids, behind only 24 oz so far
miles, feeling like a slug, only 5800 steps so far

Sorry and kind of not sorry (lol) that hubby is driving you crazy!
I think its easy to forget that we are post ops sometimes, especially the farther out we are.

My personal experience was not that I couldn't take it off, I couldn't KEEP it off.
I think this tool really helps with that. I am more and more grateful each day that I had WLS (RNY) and highly recommend it.

Already got my gym time in so I'm feeling accomplished :)
Adding some carbs today via thin crackers, last time I had a bit of carbs like that it helped end a stall, hoping it does the same today.
