Trust me......our Vitamins are very important!! I thought for sure I was absorbing enough from eating and I was totally wrong which makes sense since my scales rarely move out of my comfort range even when I've had a little extra.
Get your vitamins checked about every 6 months (at least yearly) and ask for a print out! I get the blood work done every year but I was trusting my PCP and not looking at my own results.
Our numbers need to be higher than the "normal" person who absorbs.

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Morning LW's!!!! Did you notice the website changed? This morning when I responded I could see the post I was responding too which was nice. I broke down and bought some Matrix Protein. The price increase is a killer but I can't imagine life without it!! All-Star Health gave me a $5.00 discount for spending over a certain amount. With the price of Protein now that wasn't hard to do.
Grandson has a basketball game this afternoon and then we are going to our Daughters new all-star cheer gym. They are almost ready to open!!! The Cheer season doesn't start until May so they are offering tumbling packages now. DH and I are so excited for them!!!!

I had a mini facelift a year ago to get rid of the jowls I had after my formerly moon face got smaller. I was thrilled with the results. 6 weeks ago I had eyelid and brow lift surgery. I am 62.

Pouch reset is a bogus fad diet. Someone invented it as a way to sell stuff. You can't "reset" your pouch. Instead, you will be better served focusing on lifestyle changes, such as dense protein first, veggies second, minimal simple carbs, great hydration, tracking what you eat each day, don't drink your calories, don't drink with food, etc.
This is such a good reminder to take my vitamins. I will admit I slack on taking them. I have to take them in the middle of the day and sometimes i just forget. I have to take thyroid medication in the morning so I cannot take them then.
Anyways, I hope that it is just your low B12 levels and that your memory comes back as your levels come back up.

Have stopped losing pounds but am losing inches!
I'm sorry to hear that Lisa. I have 2 that flavour (purchased at different times due to a sale). One is Rivalus Brand and the other is Bio-X. They both taste pretty much the same.
Maybe you should try that pouch reset thingy, I've heard others have had success with that.

Feeling a little under the weather as the day goes on. Hubby has been sick and now I have a sore throat, squeaky voice and starting to cough! The bad part is I have to work this weekend. Hubby is wheezing pretty bad, went to the doc had a chest xray, hoping for just bronchitis and not pneumonia.
