Yes, I got the bread recipe from LowCarbYum.  It is pretty good but not sure I will make again.  My dogs love it.  I think you could substitute milk for the yogurt in the pudding.

I NEVER Counted Calories and at almost 8 years out I still don't even look at them.  My goal every day is to avoid carbs and eat as much Protein as I want.  I've found numerous small meals "snacks" work best for me.

I'm the same way with crackers.  I limit my Saltines to 6.  I can spread my Laughing Cow really thin in order to get more crackers in.....LOL.

Did you get the Protein bread recipe on one of the Menu sites you posted?   DH LOVES Potato Soup.  I sometimes take a bite but I tried really hard to avoid it.  DH usually orders it when we are out because I am way to tempted when I make it at home.

Pistachio Pudding....YUM!  My bladder doesn't like the Greek yogurt.

Sounds Good!

Hope you had a good weekend.  Ours was quite which is unusual.  I changed my bathroom to fall decorations etc. which was fun but also a chore.

I like the Protein total!  Keep in mind that you don't absorb the majority of your calories so keeping your Protein total high is a plus.

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!!  It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Happy Monday LW's!!!!!    Sorry I couldn't post M&M over the weekend!   DH got the electrical box repaired after getting hit my lighting, got a new garage door opener and phones, but I'm waiting for my SIL to come home from his hunting trip before I replace my computer.
