I have a BMI of 36 or so, so I am clearing the requirement for a 35. I'm a Type I diabetic but right now I don't have any other documented issues. My cholesterol is high per the recommendations for a diabetic (160 LDL). They also suspect I have sleep apnea.

I started the process with a BMI of 39, high blood pressure and was pre-diabetic.  I had a sleep test at that point and found out that I had sleep apnea (which apparently is common when obese).  My surgeons office knew exactly what was needed to submit for insurance approval.  One thing to note - as far as I have heard, all insurance requires a BMI of at least 35 or higher.

Do you get kfc fried or grilled?  The only time I ordered the grilled it was like cardboard.  That was early in them doing grilled, maybe it is better now.  I just get fried, bad girl.

I love cooked cabbage but DH isn't big on it.  I can usually sneak some into stirfry or soup but that's about it.  Sounds good.

My Normal weight range is 118-120.  If I go out of that range I watch what I'm eating and increase my Protein.

I held that weight for a long time until Last December when I had emergency surgery for a bowel obstruction and dropped to 116.  After I was there for months I finally put it on my Signature and I forgot to change it.  Doing that today!!!

Even though the number sounded good I didn't feel well at 116 and my clothes were way to loose.

Thanks for the compliment!  I'll be 8 years out in October so I don't get those very often any more.
