Roz, you confused me, today is Tuesday!!!
I so didn't want to get up this morning, best sleep I've had in a long time. Nothing on the go at work, but I do have massage tonight, awww, I need it!
So yesterday's menu didn't cut it for me, was hungry all day. So we'll see how today works out.

S - 2 oz turkey salad (celery, onion, light mayo)

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Hello! The last 2 weeks have been pretty hectic winding down the summer. A week of vacation and then a week of travelling for work. No damage on the scale, just no movement either. Holding at 200 (my visit to onederland was short lived, a blip on the scale). So back to the diligence I should have been displaying the last two weeks.
Nothing on the go today other than catching up on the last 2 weeks.....I might be busy until about noon! LOL
B - Lite & Fit Greek yogurt
S - Premier protein
L - 3 oz egg salad, 1/2 cup kale salad
S - 1/2 can tuna salad (light mayo, onion, celery)
D- 3 oz roast turkey with cauliflower/broccoli in cheese sauce
S - GNC Lean Shake
Totals - Cal 797, Carbs 32, Protein 113
Since the day is half over I have to say that while the numbers look good, this is not a good menu for me. Was too hungry this morning so had to have my tuna for morning break and will have my shake for afternoon break! Will have to put a little more dense food in for tomorrow.
Have a great day!

Happy Monday!!! It took hours for my heart to quit racing after eating half of an apple dumpling. I haven't dumped like that in years! Just a reminder to myself that my WLS is still working... and I need to be aware of whats going in my mouth.

hahaha Price you are soooo right!!! I dumped a lot at 8 months out. I still have trouble of fats and sugar so I watch them really good but I haven't dumped like this in a long time. It was hours before my heart stopped racing.
You are making my crave pimento cheese...lol. I'm going to check out the ingredients the next time I go to the store.
Sounds Good!!

Thanks Price, I did dip to 199.2, briefly a couple of weeks ago. Really going to work on including a couple of protein shakes as my snacks. My numbers look good today, just waiting for the menu thread to get going!
I appreciate your advice as it mirrors Roz's as well! I want to shed these last 20 lbs (and a little more if my body can take it). I'm 6.0' so 180 might be it for me!
