Hi Everyone!
Didn't do too bad today. Hubby is supporting me in this by eating how I am eating (protein shakes included). To say he finally gets it is an understatement! But, better late than never.
MENU:
B - protein coffee (50g)
S - smokehouse almonds; Mushroom Coffee w/ Stevia and SF coffee creamer
L - protein shake (50g)
S - "Chia and Fruit" fruit cup
D - small serving of leftover pork adobo w/ steamed spinach
S - chamomile tea w/ stevia

I'm in. I'm back too with a 50# regain. It's a result of a lot of things but it's got to go! I'm on a cruise next week but when I get back I'm all in!!

Today wasn't the best day for going back on a low carb/high protein diet with it being Valentine's Day and all. I neglected to tell hubby my plan and he surprised me with dinner last night from all places an Italian restaurant! So the day started out good but ended not so good for me.

Need to plan out taking my vits and I'll post that as well. Better days ahead!
