I hear what you're saying!! But I'd love to see a 3.6 lb loss! This week I'm going to try real hard to "behave". Gotta get the scale moving. At my follow up last week the Dr said no more than 20 more lbs.....which I hope to lose by year end?? Doable, maybe?? I'm only 6 months out so I should still have some honeymoon period left (at least I hope I do). When I started I personally set my goal at 160, which would mean 40 more lbs....not sure that it's realistic on a 6' frame, but nonetheless I want to lose more so I have a cushion for the dreaded but expected regain!
With summer being over things will hopefully get easier for me. A lot less socializing...I tend to be a hermit in the winter!
Last weigh in 131.8 (Sept 18)
this week 128.2
It's been a rough couple of weeks for me, staying on plan that is. Sept 24 & 25 I was visiting grandma in Tampa. It's an 8 hr drive, one way! Then Sept 30-Oct 2 I was in Tampa again for my son and daughter-in-laws baby shower. Their first baby, my 5th grandson. :D
But, 3.6 pounds in 3 weeks is great considering the terrible things I allowed myself to eat on those road trips! Ugh. I'm getting back on plan and hoping to lose another 10 pounds by the end of the year. I'm not optimistic with halloween, thanksgiving and christmas coming, not to mention that new baby coming along in the first week of december.
Just imagine how much closer I'd be if I just stayed on plan? Meh.

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Morning LW's!!! Had yesterday off and it was soooo nice! If I could retire part-time I might consider it....LOL. Went with DD's and Grandkids to an Animal Park. The kids loved it and we loved the smiles on their faces.

All that sounds good but thankfully, my Dr still like protein suppliments. I would be lost without them and even though I eat protein based meals, and have my suppliments, my labs are ok but don't show an over-protein anytime. I think your regain is pretty normal. Most of us see some. The trick is keeping it to a few not all.
Great job.
