Good morning, its been busy all ready because I was out shopping ALL night, I didn't get my menu planned. Despite the rush this morning, I've got a good plan!
Shopping was deemed a success!! I got 4 new tops, a smokin' hot lil' black dress for the wedding and a blinged up pair of strappy sandals for said dress. Also got a little leather like jacket with a knitted hoodie, so cute! I couldn't buy little things like that before. Struck out on any pants, refuse to pay $50 for a pair of leggings that I might (hopefully) wear only a couple months or so. Anyway, my girlfriend is a super shopper, I didn't try one thing on that she didn't love (which can be expensive) and I tried things on I never would have before!
So here's the menu
B - 1 egg, 1 slice cheese
S - greek yogurt
L - 4 oz chicken sautéed with onions and red pepper, 2 tbsp. sour cream, 1/2 oz cheddar
S - 3.5 oz meatballs with 50 grams tomato sauce
D - Bacon wrapped sirloin
S - 1/2 premier protein shake
Totals - Cal 922, carbs 31, protein 109
Gotta jump! Have a great day!
I eat Saltines with my soups and Laughing Cow Cheese spread. It has never seemed to effect the scale.
Do you have a Protein Total you are suppose to have every day?
Sounds Good!

I wouldn't worry as much about the Calorie total as I would the Protein Total. I never counted calories during my losing stage. I'd like to see your Protein total higher though.

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Afternoon LW's!!! I had to have a picture taken for my Badge and OH MY THE WRINKLES!!!! Loving the scales but not loving all of the loose skin!!! It really doesn't bother me when I look in the mirror (or when I'm dressed) but I don't like close up pictures. DD#3 did something to smooth out the wrinkles in the picture...Thank Goodness for Technology!!!
