Have you tried baked "Stacy's Simply Naked Pita Chips"? I love them! Trying to stick to those instead of cake.

Most of us have around 100 pounds or less to lose....BUT....anyone can post on our LW Page!!!!!
My own reason for moving to this site 8 years ago was because I wasn't treated very nicely on the other RNY site because I didn't have as much to loose.

Afternoon LWs,
28 weeks post op
Just getting ready to head home for the day. Lots to get accomplished this weekend so thought I'd get a head start this aft! Went to Yoga at lunch. I like the moving and stretching and such but I'm not into that whole peaceful, find your zen stuff.
B - 1 egg, 1 slice cheese
S - 2 oz chicken breast
L - 3.5 oz taco beef on lettuce with salsa, sour cream and cheese
S - lite & fit greek yogurt with 1/4 cup vector granola
D - 4 oz chicken stir fry
Totals - Cal 782, carbs 32, protein 93
