Hi All
I'm going for a follow up with the neuro-surgeon about my feet, I had problems with them being numb and unable to bend up. Apparently the culprit was pinched nerves as a result of crossing my legs! They are much better now that I'm more conscience of not doing that, but a follow up is important anyway, right?!
Then off to work on this dismal Wednesday; good news is that tomorrow is the last day of the week for me as we get Friday off!
B - 1 egg, 1 cheese slice, 2 slices bacon
S - 1.5 oz grilled chicken breast with .7 oz of mozzarella (leftover lunch, and yes I measured )
L - 1 can tuna, with celery, red onion, lite mayo, and some tomato/cucumber/feta salad (all ingredients measured)
S - egg salad
D - meatloaf
S - none planned, but protein if hungry
Total Cals 973, carbs 45, protein 90
Have a good day!
Glad you are back!!!!
When I went to vote yesterday morning at 7:45 am a lady gave me a brochure and when I came back out she asked me if she could have it back if I didn't want to keep it because she didn't have very many. I thought was sooo strange.
Sounds Good!

Over the HUMP Day! I have been so worried about the 2 pounds that showed up on my scale that I didn't even realize that I was in "DIET" mode. Falling back into "learned" habits. What was I thinking?? As soon as I increased my Protein the scale started inching in the right direction.

Election Day is finally here!!! I'm staying off FB for a few days because I don't want to read all of the nasty posts. People that are normally sane have been talking crazy.

Another week of doing "the right things". I didn't drop any pounds this week and that's ok... I had a seriously cool NSV.
I dropped two sizes in my jeans... I am so happy I kept the smaller size... Put them on over the weekend just to try because all my work pants are getting big.. I just figured what the heck, I might as well try. WALA... not even a muffin top...
Doing the happy dance.
Starting week 4 and will continue to stay the course.
