We finally went to bed around 1:30.  DH was happy but I wasn't.  My SIL is black and at the gas station two guys called him ****** and told him to be ready for deportation.  It made me sick.

Soup sounds Yummy!! 

I made vegetable soup at the beginning of the week but my tummy didn't like the tomato base.  I've got try to beef next time.   Hoping to make Ham and Bean over the weekend.

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!!  It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

 

My scales were down to my "NORMAL" range this morning!!!

Maintenance:  8+ years out 

Breakfast: 

Protein:   Matrix Mint Cookie 35g

Snack:     Nuts, Cheese, Raisin

Lunch:     Scrambled Eggs, Cheese and Sausage

Protein:   Matrix Mint Cookie 35g

Snack:     Nature Valley Almond Crunch (Gluten Free one)

Snack:    

Dinner:    Roast in the Croppot

Snack:     Plain Popcorn

Got about 3 hours of sleep last night. Totally disgusted all day...not the USA I spent over 30 years in uniform for.

Pre-B - 2 protein coffees (60g), bullet proof with coconut oil
S - regular coffees
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g) and small Caesar salad
S - 
D - Popeye's cajun fish, fries and a buttered biscuit
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done 
iron: stopped
evening batch: done
heme iron: pending

MILES:
walking, stairs, and leaning push-ups

I brew my decaf then mix about 3/4  cup of warm water with vanilla and mint cookie protein powder snd use that to "cream " the decaf   don't try tovadd the powder to the hot coffee   it will curdle   it's really a treat   not sure what you would do if you didn't like flavored coffee   you can use lots of flavors like chocolate, Carmel ,  vanilla and my favorite ,  mint cookie

The election board actually asked us to  get them back to recycle because they have to throw them away   like they were worth anything today

Price how do you make your protein coffee?  Just add unflavoured protein powder?
