Ir is great to hear from you!!!!   From the number of posters we've lost over the years I figure a lot are in the same boat you are.   Posting every day seems to work best for me.

I'm glad you are still using "good" Protein drinks.  Other than starting back at basics using a small plate, planning your Protein "first" meals/snacks, getting at least 100g from Protein drinks, etc. Weigh your foods if you have to.  Keep track of everything that goes in your mouth. Take your body measurement.

I'm a little touchy when it comes to exercising.  I don't and never did exercise while I was losing.  If you aren't going to keep it up after you get back down to goal there is no reason to start them.  You can't eat right and exercise and then quit all of those good choices.  Think it over and be determined to loose with out exercise or make a promise to yourself and except this is going to be a life time commitment.

You can shrink your pouch again but it is going to take a commitment and if you mess up start over immediately don't just give up.

Jody seems to be the only poster we have that has lost her regain.  You might want to write her and ask her how she did it.

YES Gina Thank you for your service!!!!  Also thanks for starting M&M.  I had the worse headache and sinus pain yesterday.  I had to call off of work.  DH went up north hunting and I just layed around all day.  Then in the evening I went out to eat with our DD's.

Boy I'm glad they are checking on this now!   After WLS if you didn't feel good you might have brushed it off as an after effect of the WLS.

I've known some of our LW's to get off of their CPAP machines practically right away. My DH has one I can't get him to use.  He is such a stubborn stinker some times.

YES...keep us updated!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!!  It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Beautiful Sat. Afternoon.  Light chill but really sunny.  Went with DD#1 to buy a couple of artificial Christmas trees and some decorations.  I LOVE Christmas!!!

I'll post as soon as I know the results. If I do need a stent, I have to stay overnight in hospital.

Good news is after my last weigh in, Doctor visit, and NUT visit all paperwork goes to insurance. Also I can try to lose a few more pounds before surgery. I just want to be the healthiest I can be before surgery. Look like the only meds I'll need to take after surgery (fingers crossed) is my generic synthroid and Vitamin D.  Goodbye diabetes!!!  CPAP, not sure. It may take a marked weight loss to get of sleep apnea.

My EKG saw something and I had a nuclear stress test which showed a problem. Cardiac cath next week. Had my second doctor and NUT visits today. I lost one pound. BMI still over 35, barely. If I need a stent my RNY will be postponed a short time, hopefully not. If a stent will be on a blood thinner one month. In very good spirits. I'm following all NUT instructions. I have increased physical activity. I thank God because if I didn't want this RNY, I would never know I had a heart issue. And again, Doctor said it may be nothing. Nuclear stress tests aren't perfect, so that is why the cath. One more Doctor and NUT visit, next month. Thanks.
