So I am 28 Days into doing the right things.
I stepped on the scale for my weekly weight in... YES... down a bit more. I am now down 17 lbs. and 2 sizes of jeans since I started this.
Doing really well. Getting in my water, protein and vitamins. Need to step up the exercise still. Working on that...
Thanks for listening.

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
A NEW Day and a NEW Week!!! If you are struggling it's time to get serious BEFORE the Holidays!!! Up the "GOOD" Protein and put those carbs on the back burner!!! Many of us relax during the holidays and when the new year starts we have extra pounds to get off. The one thing I made a decision on early out was that I was NEVER going to have a New Years Resolution to loose weigh ever again!!! I've succeed so far and I don't want to break that promise to myself now!!! Join Me...Make Good Choices during the Holidays!
