Day 4 and doing well. No major burps until this evening when I had Quiche with mango salsa. Lunch was chicken and wild rice soup, a new selection from Campbell's, but I didn't like it. I just don't like any canned soup. The tomato in the salsa may be causing a problem. I had oral surgery 2 weeks ago and they gave me Ibuprofen, 800 mg. Vicodin makes me itch so can't take that. The Ibuprofen wasn't a good choice either but I didn't think I would need it. Wrong!! My jaw ached until last Saturday. I'm thinking the Ibuprofen did a number on my tummy.
Tomorrow I'm going to stick with shakes, yogurt and maybe cottage cheese and quiche without salsa.
Ideal Shake Cookies & Cream protein shake (12 g)
Moon cheese (10 g)
Chicken & wild rice soup (8 g); saltine crackers; Pepperjack cheese slices (8 g)
Unjury Strawbery Sorbet (21 g)
Kellogg's Protein Bar (8 g)
Ham & Cheese Quiche
Looks like I need a little more protein. Maybe a cup of SF hot chocolate with protein powder.

I'm getting my daily steps up by forcing myself to get up and do a circuit of my building each time my Samsung Fit2 watch buzzes me for being inactive. I'm nowhere NEAR my 8000/day goal but at least I'm consistently above 5000 steps.
B- roasted veggies
L- eggplant soup and tuna tartare
D- not sure - going to a watch party for a friend who was on Jeopardy (airs tonight)

I use to shop at Lane Bryant all of the time. When I was your age no one sold Petites so I had to find something to fit and then get everything hemmed. My favorite store now is Macy's Petite Dept.
I'm a Victory Secret 34DD now and thats only because I have 2 inter-tubes that I have to pull up and fit into it.....

I find it absolutely hilarious that I still wander around the plus sizes before I finally head over to the petite section. I wear small tops and size 6 pants, and it just completely blows my mind!
You're doing SO great! I'd love to go back to month 2 and start over, just because it was so much fun. I found myself giggling for no reason, too. LOL especially on the scale!

Well I'd say as far out as you are you would know if you had a sign. After 8 years I still hiccup when I've taken an extra bite.

I only wear Lane Bryant and I don't really foresee that changing. I've ranged from a 46H to a my current 38F (or 42DD). I doubt I will get much smaller and I need something to hold these puppies up. I think I was a 36C/D in highschool, so maybe I'll get down there.

Yes, goo,d kinda sweet, cinnamon flavor. Amazon has the best price for me. Vitamin Shoppe is close, but I can get it the same day. I guess it depends on how long you want to wait and if you have Prime or not.

You are a lot younger than me so hopefully everything will bounce back for you. I have to wear a suit that has long swim shorts to cover up my flabby legs. Fortunately I found one that I really like. I only buy Victoria Secret bras. I have too much extra mush to push into an over the counter bra.

It's actually a bit of a brain bender for me that I'm going to keep going down. For years, I'd get to 189 and I'd feel so good about myself and I'd be able to say "This is a weight I was before and I can be happy here". Before, my weight gain. Before, my kids. Before, so many bounce backs. Then I'd get lazy with my choices and portion sizes and I'd start gaining. I always had this cut off of 205, where I'd start feeling bad about myself again.
It's surreal to me that this time I will continue to lose, like...I literally I have no choice right now. It's baffling. And wonderful and sometimes I find myself grinning for no other reason than the fact I like myself and I'm happy.
Can't wait for you to join the loser's bench with us too!
