Another beautiful day here. I'm battling sinus problems and it may be allergies. Also missing my little Sophie so that may be why I'm feeling draggy this week.

DH has talked about getting another dog but I'm saying no. We have another Shih Tzu and 2 cats.

This morning we had an early meeting at work and we were told a light breakfast would be brought in. It was Panera bagels, pastries and muffins. I'm proud to say I didn't go near the food. One co-worker remarked, "You've lost some weight." I wasn't about to bring over a plate of carb loaded food. Many of the employees not only ate at the meeting but took something else back to their desk.

Today:

Pro coffee (22 g)

Yogurt (5 g)

Chickpeas & peanuts

Laughing Cow, rice crackers

Roadside Lemonade (20 g)

Bratwurst, banana

I'm so sorry about Sophie!!! 17.5 is a long time to love a pet and then loose her. Do you think you will get another puppy?

DH has terrible allergies so we can't have cats (my favorite) or dogs in the house. My DD's are suppose to be hypo-allergenic but he still gets stuffy when we go to there house. Her boys have terrible asthma and DH insists it's the dogs but she won't have anything to do with it. I'm a bad dog sitter!!!!! They went away for the weekend and I forgot to go to her house on Saturday to feed them and put them out. I finally remembered Sunday morning so we hurried and got ready so we could stop on the way to church. I was soooo afraid they would be dead. She never told me the one runs away and they put a leash on her to take her out and I thought I was going to be late for church trying to catch the little stinker. She's fast for this old lady.....LOL!

I can't eat soy. It always makes my stomach ache. You are right about not eating much and upping your protein......

It amazes me too but then I feel sooooo thankful that my tool is still working after all of these years. Most of the time when it happens I'm in a rush and I take to big of a bite. This past week I got the hiccups twice which my full sign. I was actually Thank God for my hiccups....LOL.

Sounds Good!
