WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Morning LW's!!!! Spring is coming!!! I thought I'd try posting while I'm waiting for 2 of the grandkids to come to my house. Then off to pick up 2 more and get them all to school before heading to work. I LOVE doing their "bus" run in the morning. Sometimes they get in my "Grandma Bus" tired and grumpy but then when they all get together the giggles begin. Our oldest Granddaughter has a concert tonight. Can't wait to see her and her sisters. Rarely I do I get to see all 8 in one day...one happy Grandma today!!

sounds like a perfect grandma day.

My pouch has been off the last few days (feeling yucky), really hope to make it through today with no issues.

B- Chocolate/peanut butter protein with unsweetened almond milk

I hope your pouch started feeling better! I hate those days because I have a tendency to turn to carbs.
