Menus & Miles Saturday February 3rd for Roz
Hi Guys,
I have to admit I let go a little more on weekends than I do during the workweek. I should be finding better snacks to graze on. Yes, I'm a grazer. I tend to get more calories from snacks than meals. That's why my surgeon was ok with a lightweight getting the most aggressive weight loss surgery of the bunch. He likes to match the patient's eating demons with the surgery that may give them the best chance of success in the long run.
