What is considered "lightweight"

Sorry if this has been posted. Just wondering what BMI is considered lightweight.

Starting BMI between 35 and 40

It's actually under 45 in our creed but we always add that any one can post on our LW Board.

Major Mom's signature is where I got the 35 - 40 numbers. Thanks for the info.

Actually I thought it was 40 too (although we NEVER turn any one away****il I reread our creed.

This following statement is Copied from our LW Creed that we've had for years:

"I began my journey with a BMI of less than 45 and/or with less than 150 lbs excess weight. My lower BMI and excess weight does in no way make me less deserving of medical intervention, and I should not be made to feel inferior or guilty".
