Good morning everybody! I'm back from vacation and ready to get back on track!

Scale was up 3.8 lbs from when I left but considering what I ate and not hitting the gym like normal I'm okay with it. Back to the routine today and I'm sure it will be gone by the end of the week! (Well I hope so. I have a conference to go to Wed - Fri so will have to be vigilant there).

Post OP RNY 17+ mos

B - 91 gr pot roast

S - yogurt and blueberries

L - cobb salad (bacon, cheese, chicken, egg on 2 oz of lettuce) ranch dressing

S - deli turkey and cheddar

D - BBQ chicken boob

Total Cal - 969, Carbs 29, Protein 148

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

B- One 11oz can of Pure Protein Frosty Chocolate

MS- skipped

L- Mixed greens with avocado, asparagus, roasted corn and roast salmon (purchased a salad that looks like it will last a few days...)

AS- String cheese

D- Shrimp ****tail

ES- One 11oz can of Pure Protein Frosty Chocolate

Total Calories: 612, Protein: 109, Carbs: 22, Sugar: 4, Fat: 16

MILES:

Tonight is the first night of running club, we will be walking and jogging while we meet. After running club I'll do my weight circuit which takes me almost an hour because S L O W ...

I didn't ride my bike to work today due to the heat index :(

Good afternoon!

B protein coffee

2nd breakfast 1 egg, 2 slices of bacon

L tuna salad with romaine leaves

S cheese stick and about 1 oz of pork rinds

D chicken buffalo dip with 6 tortilla chips and 2 short rum and cokes, impromptu get together at a local place

Liquids 72 oz

miles, just some house work and almost 6,000 steps today.

Hi guys,
We finally finished painting all 3 bathrooms. I think painting little spaces with lots of nooks and crannies takes longer than big rooms or even ceilings. Glad they're done!
