hi there all,
I am around the boards, and lightweights was my first board that i wrote on when i joined. it has been a wonderful journey and i am happy with my results. I work very hard on a daily basis to eat protein first. i lost 100 pounds in the first 10 months of my journey. I have kept off 95 pounds since oct 2015. Maintenance is no joke. I work out 4/5 times for week, cardio and strength training. I have changed 100% the way i cook and think about food. the only thing i did not change was the exercise. i am one of those people who always loved working out.
I want to send a thank you to the vets. You Roz are one of the best. You are an excellent example of hard work and determination.
i will try to post more often.
RNY best thing i ever did for myself.

So Sorry I didn't see your poster sooner!!! We left on vacation on the 5th and I was kindof slipping at posting on those few days before that.
Thanks for the compliment....I needed it today!!! I've really been bummed that we have so few posters. I don't know what else to do to get them posting like it was when I started my journey over 9 years ago.
You have done an Awesome Job keeping your weight off!! I'm sooooo Proud of you!!!!!!! I'm glad you have working out. That seems to be the biggest downfall for others. They exercise like crazy until they hit goal and then exercising gradually disappears and the weight starts working it's weight back on.
That's one of the things I ward new posters about. You have to LOVE exercising and if you start you HAVE TO continue doing it after you get to goal.
I knew an exercise program was NOT for me...........LOL.
Please stop back in we could use some help!
