WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Morning LW's! I've been watching the weather and Praying for those in Florida. We have Friends, My Aunt, Cousins and their families live in the areas that are getting hit.

Protein: Matrix Mint Cookie 35g

Breakfast: Oatmeal

Lunch: ??? Going to Nursing Home so my Mom can get a perm

Snack: Coconut and Seed snack

Snack: Nuts and Cheese

Dinner: Not Sure

Snack: Plain Popcorn

Also praying that those in Florida stay safe. We love that state and have traveled there often.

My plan for today is to cheer on my boy in his game and then relax at home tonigh****ching my fav NFL team. It will be all new for me to watch games this year and not have a ton of unhealthy snacks to eat while watching.

Breakfast: Shake (3/4 cup kefir, 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk & 1 scoop Matrix Mint Cookie)

Lunch: Chicken Thigh, celery

Snack: Kielbasa and grapes

Dinner: Tacos made in tomatos (scoop out tomato and use shell to hold taco meat and fixings)

Snack: Light & Fit yogurt

Pre-Op=8.8lbs --- Optifast= 8.4 (was on it for 9 days due to cancellation)

Actually, last minute I decided to use romaine leaves as my 'taco shell' and instead added chopped tomato.

They were REALLY good
