I really did bad over the weekend.

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
Pre-B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and almonds
S - peanuts
L - Caesar salad and small bag of kettle chips
S -
D - pork chop and green beans
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches:
evening batch: done
heme iron: pending

MILES:
standing at the computer all day
stairs

Thanks for starting M&M!!! I had a Busy day at work.

That made me feel good....... I'm sure your bad wasn't someone elses bad....LOL. I do so good for a few weeks and then I just need a few "bad" days to keep going. BAD is NOTHING like it use to be.....

Looks like a good Protein day today!!
