WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Hello Roz!

Finally got back on track last month, got up to 163, not acceptable! Been lurking.

Life has been unbelievably crazy. My dad has ALS and is getting weaker every day. My mom has mobility issues and memory issues, she had been in and out of the hospital and rehab for the past several months.

My husband hurt his knee at work and got a flare up of diverticulitis. was out of work for 6 weeks. Finally back to work last week.

My son is in the Marines, I am so proud of him and miss him like crazy!

Needed surgery and now in surgical menopause. I never thought I would miss being cold! Hot flashes and insomnia suck!

I think after 27 years of nursing, I am starting to burn out, or life is just getting to me.

Sorry for unloading, but its been tough.

Trying to be thankful for my health, mobility, remission of type 2 and my friends/family.

Also trying very hard to make myself a priority again!

Was glad to see you and Gina, and few others are still around!
