WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Lunch: Chicken, coleslaw, peaches

Snack: Nuts, Cheese, raisins

Snack: Plain Popcorn

I was somewhat lazy today. I then changed the sheets and cleaned the bathrooms. Reading a book on my Kindle took a few hours. No sorting or packing anything today. Our move date is August 18th but I need to start cleaning out and getting rid of anything I don't want.

Today's eats:

Protein shake (16 grams)

Laughing Cow; rice crackers (2 grams)

Protein iced coffee (22 grams)

2 BBQ ribs; cole slaw

I'm glad you got a day of rest. August 18th will come really fast. You've probably mentioned this but I don't remember. Did you sell your house or did you rent now.
