WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Morning LW's. I hope everyone had a Wonderful Memorial Day. Thank You to Major Mom and any of our other posters who have served or had family that served protecting our Wonderful County!!!

We had a nice time with our girls families yesterday. The weather turned out really nice. SIL cooked shis-kabobs and steak on the grill and I only took small bites of the other food offered. It was our Granddaughters 12th BD and I had a very small slice of Cheese Cake.

Other than Dinner my Menu is the same as usual. Not having to make food decisions works for me!.

Protein: Matrix Mint Cookie 35g

Snack:

Lunch: Scrambled Eggs, bacon and cheese

Dinner: Haven't decided what to make yet

Snack:

Snack: Balanced Break nuts, cheese and raisins

Snack: Plain Popcorn
