I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Morning LW's!!!! My scales are back in my normal range and that makes me one happy lady....YEAH!!!! We got back from FL on the 8th so it's taken me 10 days to get those 3 pounds off.
