Figured I would start this post today!
Today is my 3 month F/U with the surgeon! I can't be the only one who picked out the lightest weight dress I own on a 38 degree morning and threw a jean jacket over it right? I know it doesn't really matter, but I desperately want to be under 180lbs on their scale. Last time I think I was up about 4lbs from home. This morning I was 175.6 at home...so it's going to be close!

Erin, hope your weigh in goes well. When I used to go to WWs, I would weigh my clothes in the winter down to my socks to make sure I wore the lightest clothes
I did much better getting my protein today. One of the positives with these co-workers is most of them don't cook. If they bring in something, it's usually cupcakes and always store bought.
