I hope it's OK if I jump in and start today's thread?

I'm trying to keep my calories below 600 - my macros are set to 500 calories on MFP.

B- Strawberry Greek Yogurt

MS - cottage cheese

L- hard boiled egg

AS - tuna pack

D- Deviled eggs

ES - Deviled eggs

total Cal: 584, Carbs 22, Protein 55 (low on protein but I'm usually good here so I'm hoping to make it up over the weekend.)

Today is my last day at work, so I'll be making lots of trips to my car with less than 15lbs of "stuff" each trip ;-)

Trying to get a few pounds off before my 1 year mark on May 16. I'd like to reach 115 lbs. We'll see, my body seems to like 119-120.

Coffee: K-cup with cream and 1 scoop protein

Breakfast: 1 scrambled egg and a breakfast chicken sausage

Snack: Another coffee with cream and miralax

Lunch: 1/2 cup ground sirloin with taco seasoning a 2 tbsp salsa

Snack: Light N Fit Greek with 1 scoop protein

Dinner: 3 meatballs with 2 tbsp marinara
