WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Morning LW's!!!! Thanks to those of you who started M&M for me!! We got home from the competition this morning at 4am and I had to be at work at 9am. I was actually going to take vacation day but why waste a perfectly good day because of lack of sleep....so I called our Director and he said it was ok for me to come in.
My lack of Protein this weekend plus an outrages amount of steps made my scales go crazy this morning. I'm hoping for a much better number in the morning....

We have had about 5 minutes of sunshine in over a week. We do need rain but I wi**** would rain, give us the amount we need then clear up. Probably not going to happen.
My weekend was busy but enjoyable. Saturday I had lunch with niece at a restaurant that's know for high calorie food. I had a lunch size Cobb Salad and used probably a tablespoon of dressing. I didn't fini**** either.
I've been fighting a soy allergy for the last 2 weeks. It gives me a rash on my jawline and neck. I've been looking at every food to see if it have soy protein. Unfortunately, it's added to so many foods and even cosmetics. I'm about ready to see an allergist to see if there's something else I'm allergic to like almonds. I have almond milk at least once a day.
Yesterday, I worked on the weighted quilt for a fundraiser for a group that works with those with Autism. It has been a but it has turned out well.
