Menus and Miles Wednesday March 22nd
Been eating more carbs than I like for over a month, it's time to get back to the business of losing fat from this pudgy tummy. I'm planning a meat week next week. I want to drop another 9 lbs by May 16, and eating crappy isn't gonna get me there.
So, back to basics today.

I do, yes. It tastes VERY good. My Daughters even love it, and they usually hate any of my weight loss/diet things. I really like the consistency. It's a tiny bit thicker than I like for now, so I don't just drink it too often. I love to use it in recipes. Sometimes I use it in my protein waffle to give it a little sweetness. I don't like sugar free syrup, so I normally eat them plain. I made some protein donuts from the Eggface site with it, they were a huge hit!

Good chilly morning peeps! What crazy weather we have! Up and moving a little quicker this morning as I have to go for my one year blood draw this morning.
I ended up going for a good long walk at lunch yesterday (4K) and then another hike with the doggies last night, so I got some exercise in on my self declared day of rest! Guilt is a crazy thing eh!
Anyway, nothing for me yet, darn fasting....but once I get to work here's what will happen:
COFFEE!!
B - 4 oz chicken with sautéed veg
S - devilled eggs and 80 gr strawberries
L - tuna salad, cucumber/tomato/feta salad on the side
S - 3 oz leftover roast beef
D - shepperds pie
Totals - Cal 1000, carbs 48, protein 107
Have a great day, and stay warm!
I'm getting my daily steps up by forcing myself to get up and do a circuit of my building each time my Samsung Fit2 watch buzzes me for being inactive. I'm nowhere NEAR my 8000/day goal but at least I'm consistently above 5000 steps.
B- roasted veggies
L- eggplant soup and tuna tartare
D- not sure - going to a watch party for a friend who was on Jeopardy (airs tonight)
