Menus and Miles Sunday, 3/19/2017
Roz must be busy so I'm posting my first day back on the wagon. It has been a successful day. I bought a small notebook to carry with me so I can write down everything I eat. I went to Sprouts and bought blackberries, zuchinni squash, spaghetti squash, eggplant and Jimica. I've thrown away more spaghetti squash that I've eaten, but I'm giving it another try.
Ideal Shake (12 g protein) - this protein powder is delicious but only 12 grams protein
2 slices Pepperjack cheese
Iced protein coffee (20 g protein - Unjury)
3 Swedish meatballs(homemade); riced cauliflower; cole slaw
Power Crunch bar or a shake
Not fond of the riced cauliflower. My pouch doesn't like cooked cauliflower.

THANKS FOR STARTING THE POST! I can't understand why I didn't post.....LOL!!! I must have thought I posted before church. I actually spent time roaming around the whole site yesterday to see how other groups were doing.
Didn't eat much yesterday and what I did eat wasn't the best for me. I had Protein with everything I ate but ate way more carbs than normal.
No Breakfast
2 Protein Drinks
1 McDonald's Cheeseburger and 5 fries
1 over easy Egg with a slice of Bread
1/2 slice of Bread with Peanut Butter
