WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Afternoon LW's!!!!! DH got his clearance for his Neck/Shoulder surgery next week. Hopefully he sees a lot of improvement over time.

Thank You! The hardest part of the surgery is going to be the recovery. He is NOT very good at following the rules...like driving and picking up the baby.
I struggle when I'm bored or worry about something. My Protein drinks are the only thing that I don't skip. I keep some at work if I happen to forget it sitting on the kitchen table. I've even gone in a little late or drove home on my lunch to get them.
