WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Morning LW's!!! I never got to my bathroom redecorating. To many grandkid things going on. I did have an experience with the best milk shake I've EVER had in my life! We went to a restaurant called the Burgatory where you can have get a burger made out of beef, elk, etc. and Specialty Milkshakes. My DD's got a Whip cream Carmel Pretzel Milkshake that they insisted DH and I try. I am NOT a milkshake fan but I thought "if I don't try this they aren't going to leave me alone". Well I had a "few" tastes of it and I even woke up the next morning thinking about it. In fact DH and were still talking about it last night.....LOL. It was the most amazing thing I've had in a long time....definitely worth a little dumping.

I dump easily but some reason the couple tastes I took didn't bother me. Cake and Cookies don't like me. If it's not dumping it's gas. After having that I didn't eat anything at the birthday party afterwards because I didn't want it take the chance.

Sounds Good! How have you been Gina? Travis has showed up on my news feed on FB a couple of times lately and that makes me think of you.

Aww! Thanks for thinking of me when you see Travis' beer and deli food posts. lol He still seems to be happy doing what he's doing, so I'm ok with it.
