WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Happy Weekend LW'S!!!!! Big Day today. One of our Grandson's turn 4 today and he is having a Construction Party. He wants to be a "builder guy" when he grows up. Had a blast at the Cheer Staff party last night. I think had 1 cookie to many and started feeling sluggish. It is so strange how my body reacts to sugar this far out. I'm going to try really hard to avoid cake today.

Protein: Matrix Mint Cookie 35g
Snack: 1 baby tootsie roll
Lunch: Sausage, Egg, Cheese
Snack:
Dinner: Sloppy Joe (no bun) and 1/2 cup cheesy potatoes
Snack: Plain Popcorn
