I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them! LW's!!!
Afternoon LW's!!!! DH went hunting and I've spent the whole morning and part of the afternoon on facebook. I don't get to catch up with friends and family when I'm working so I took advantage of it today. The holidays were wonderful but I am sooooo ready to go back to work tomorrow! Cleared my house of candy and sweets. I have no desire to have any of it but why even have the temptation around.

By 3:00 I was pretty much bored out of my mind!!!! I think my butt is actually sore from sitting so much today....LOL. DH got home and a little super then headed straight to his comfy chair and turned on the television. I'm going to post on here and then head for bed.
I'm not sure what you ate today....LOL. Sounds spicy though. I soooo miss my chili.

Kung Pao chicken is spicy and hot, but so good. Definitely something you would not want to eat. :(

Water: not as good as I like but not bad
HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"
Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
