WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them! LW's!!!
WOW...another Wonderful Christmas at the Watterson house! As the kids get older the gift lists changed to Clothes, Makeup, bedroom decorations, etc. and the younger ones were so excited the paper was just flying everywhere....lol. My DD's helped Dad/Pappy prepare breakfast this year so I had a few minutes to sit back and just enjoy the smiles and chatter before the "opening" of presents. They even cleaned up all of the dishes...... Not cooking really helped me stay away from the carby pancakes and waffles. In fact I don't remember eating anything. Yesterday we went to our annual Harlem Globetrotter "game". We had floor seats this year and the Globetrotters took a liking to our grandsons and their basketball skills.
