WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them! LW's!!!
Afternoon LW's!!!! We had a great time in Kentucky. Teams did great, Got Hubby, Daughter, an Baby Grandson time. I ate a few more carbs than a should have but walked 100's of steps more than normal. I'm hoping it all balances out.

My exam yesterday was wretched. So glad its over. I'm in no hurry to enrol in another course let me tell ya! Not much on the go for today, so hopefully will get a much better sleep tonight. Would love to just crawl back in right now, but duty calls. Working for a living really sucks.
B - 3 beef meatballs in tomato sauce
